Revolutionary Software Turns Smartphone Into Powerful Pocket Computer

L3Software developer Pavel Kostal has created a program that uses the efficiency of today’s smartphones to bring the magic of the laptop or a desktop computer directly to your pocket.

Kostal envisions that in the near future the Revolutionary Desktop software will be available on the market, enabling smartphones to operate as portable mini computers while maintaining their function as mobile phones.

Once the software is installed, the phone is simply inserted into a wired docking device. It can also be used wirelessly, allowing the user to access their PC files with the phone.

The software allows use programs same way like it’s use on the PC, adapting to adapt to the size and interface of the phone, which can then be paired with an external monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

The user can use the phone to create texts, tables, surf the internet, and complete other tasks that would previously have to be performed on a PC or laptop. After use, the phone is disconnected by removing it from the docking device.

L15 The Revolutionary Desktop is the perfect solution for managers and business people who travel extensively for meetings and presentations. With this new software they will be able to use their phones to create graphs or new files and make last minute changes to documents with the same ease and convenience as using a computer.

Everyday users can also use the software to transform their phones into a multimedia center to play games, or watch videos or play music files that are on their computers.

The vision is for the technology to be scalable for wide range of uses such as docking cafes at libraries or company lobbies, where visitors need only their phones to access monitors, keyboards, mice, and Wi-Fi connection to create, edit and manage tasks at their convenience.
